(“Landmark”; Nasdaq: LARK) reported diluted earnings per share of $0.89 for the third quarter of 2026, compared to $0.88 per share in the second quarter of 2026 and $0.81 per share in the same quarter of the prior year. Net earnings for the third quarter totaled $5.5 million, compared to $5.4 million in the prior quarter and $4.9 million in the third quarter of 2025.

Manhattan, KS, Oct. 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Landmark Bancorp, Inc.'s (“Landmark”; Nasdaq: LARK) Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per share, to be paid November 27, 2026, to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 12, 2026. The Board of Directors also declared a 5% stock dividend, to be issued on December 16, 2026, to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 2, 2026. This is the 26th consecutive year that Landmark has declared a 5% stock dividend.
