(NASDAQ: JVSA) ("JVSPAC") announced today that the United States Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") has declared effective Hotel101's registration statement on Form F-4 filed with the SEC in connection with the previously announced business combination agreement between Hotel101 and JVSPAC. JVSPAC has scheduled the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") on June 24, 2025 to vote on the proposed business combination with Hotel101.
