HONG KONG, Oct. 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- 707 Cayman Holdings Limited (“707” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: JEM), a Hong Kong-based company that sells quality apparel products and provides supply chain management total solutions, today announced that it received a notification letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") dated October 17, 2025, notifying the Company that based on the closing bid price of the Company for the period from September 3, 2025 to October 16, 2025, the Company no longer meets the continued listing requirement of Nasdaq under Nasdaq Listing Rules 5550(a)(2), to maintain a minimum bid price of $1 per share. Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company has a compliance period of one hundred eighty (180) calendar days, or until April 15, 2026, to regain compliance with Nasdaq continued listing requirement.
