For many of us, ETFs have been synonymous with passive management. Since the early 1990s, ETFs have followed in the footsteps of the most well-known passive ETF — the S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY).

Heading into 2025, ETF investors appeared enthusiastic about prospects for the U.S. bull market to keep running.

On Tuesday, Alger released the Alger Russell Innovation ETF (INVN), the latest addition to Alger's growing fund library.  INVN looks to provide results similar to that of the Alger Russell Innovation Index.
