India's economy grew at an annual rate of 7.8% in the quarter ending June, topping economists' expectations of 6.7% (Reuters poll), as quoted on CNBC.

India: the "perfect" emerging market.

Low-priced securities offer great affordability and higher chances of outperformance than the larger ones.

Recently, I mentioned India as one of the top themes this year. However, I wanted to go further in-depth into this thematic opportunity.

As we face the last quarter of 2024, interest rates are finally heading down, kicked off by a 50 basis point Fed cut, the election race is too close to call, and global geopolitical instability remains a risk factor.

Overseas investors are pouring money into India stocks all over again. Investor confidence has been bolstered by market-friendly prime minister Narendra Modi's third term.

Despite an uptick in activity during the prior week, last week in the wake of the Memorial Day holiday saw the debut of just five new ETFs and the completion of one closure.

India's stock market has been a standout performer in recent times. The winning trend can continue in the coming months on the election hopes.
