NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Irenic Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced today that the underwriters of its initial public offering exercised their over-allotment option in part to purchase an additional 3,253,188 units at the public offering price of $10.00 per unit, bringing the total units sold in the initial public offering to 25,253,188 units, or an aggregate amount of $252,531,880 raised in the offering. The over-allotment option closed today on May 1, 2026. Each unit consists of one.
