Forget Gold, Buy Dividends - 3 Great Places To Buy Income
Gold is experiencing a strong rally, with rising demand due to economic uncertainty and market volatility. However, despite its appeal as a safe haven, I prefer dividend stocks over gold. Gold has a long history of preserving wealth, but it lacks the consistent returns and cash flow that dividend stocks provide. I believe high-quality dividend stocks are better investments. Real estate, energy, and utilities offer the highest yields, and I particularly favor midstream energy companies and safe net lease REITs. These stocks offer steady income and growth potential.

April's 5 Dividend Growth Stocks With Yields Up To 11.99%
With recent tariffs announced, it makes it a more interesting time to screen for dividend growth stocks, which can offer some stable returns during times of uncertainty. The screening we use looks at dividend safety, growth, and consistency, using Seeking Alpha's quant grades to look for names that can go on our watchlist. As always, it is vital to conduct further due diligence before investing, as economic conditions and company-specific factors can impact dividend sustainability and growth.

If I Retired Today, These 3 Income Stocks Would Be My Paycheck
Every investor's journey is unique, shaped by income, risk tolerance, and goals. As I think about financial independence, I consider income-focused investing. A well-built portfolio with a 5% yield balances stability, growth, and protection against inflation. If I retired today, I would prioritize stocks with strong business models, reliable dividends, and inflation protection. My picks offer these qualities with over 5% yield.

Dividends Are The Future - Why I'm Betting Big On These Value Plays
I expect a market rotation from growth to value stocks, driven by inflation stability, fading AI tailwinds, and attractive valuations in value sectors. Dividend stocks, especially in energy and REITs, offer diversification and strong risk/reward potential, with consistent cash flow and growth opportunities. While risks like rate cuts or a recession exist, my picks are positioned to perform well even if growth outperforms.
