First Quarter 2026 Summary Net sales of $38.4 million, up 7.5% year-over-year; Proprietary brand sales as a percentage of Cultivation and Gardening net sales increased to 37.0%, compared to 32.0% in the first quarter of 2025; Gross profit margin of 25.4%, compared to 27.2% for the first quarter of 2025; Store and other operating expenses declined approximately 27.2% to $6.4 million, compared to $8.8 million for the same period in the prior year; Total operating expenses decreased $4.6 million, or 23.4%, to $15.0 million in the first quarter of 2026, compared to $19.6 million for the same period in the prior year; Net loss was $4.9 million compared to a net loss of $9.4 million for the same period in 2025; Adjusted EBITDA(1) loss of $1.6 million compared to a loss of $4.0 million for the comparable prior year period; and Cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities of $41.1 million and no debt.
