Global Partners Announces Cash Distribution on Series B Preferred Units
WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Partners LP (NYSE: GLP) (the “Partnership”) today announced that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of its general partner, Global GP LLC, has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.59375 per unit ($2.375 per unit on an annualized basis) on the Partnership's 9.50% fixed-rate Series B preferred units for the period from February 15, 2026 through May 14, 2026. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2026 to Series B preferred unitholders of record.
