Metaverse stocks won't make you an overnight millionaire. But with a good deal of patience, they could still make you some good money.

Advisors and investors don't lack options when it comes to thematic investing strategies. The thematic index ETF suite from Fidelity can offer exposure to many of the long-term disruptors looking ahead and may be worth consideration.

As the adoption of metaverse technologies may take take years, investors in undervalued metaverse stocks can bet on long-term growth. An unlimited digital world that can accommodate millions of people is a goldmine, as it represents a new market with solvent modern participants.

Don't count the metaverse out just yet. While it started as a costly failure, companies are racing to use it, creating opportunities for some of the top metaverse stocks.

In its latest report released last December, the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) estimates that the digital economy now represents 10% of the total U.S. GDP, or $2.6 trillion.  The digital economy is also growing at an average annual growth rate of 7.1%.

Look into some Metaverse ETFs to capitalize on the optimistic outlook for the emerging technology, as it is turning out to be more than just a fashionable technological concept.
