DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) today announced that it plans to release earnings for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, before the market opens. The company will also conduct a conference call on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 8:00 am Central Time/9:00 am Eastern Time to discuss quarterly results and provide a company update. DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Energy Transfer LP (NYSE: ET) today announced the pricing of its offering of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.550% senior notes due 2031, $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.350% senior notes due 2036 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.300% senior notes due 2056 (together, the “senior notes”) at prices to the public of 99.830%, 99.933% and 99.842%, respectively, of their face value. The sale of the senior notes is expected to settle on.
