During the fourth quarter, the Harbor Osmosis International Resource Efficient ETF returned 6.68% outperforming the benchmark, the MSCI World ex US Index, which returned 5.20%. Global equities delivered more mixed performance, with gains concentrated in large-cap technology and Artificial Intelligence-linked names, while market breadth weakened. Sector-level Brinson attribution analysis demonstrated a negative return from the allocation effect but a large positive selection effect.

On Thursday, Harbor Capital unveiled its newest international fund, the Harbor Osmosis Emerging Markets Resource Efficient ETF (EFFE).  The ETF seeks to offer capital growth through exposure to emerging markets.

Today, Harbor Capital launched its latest fund, the Harbor Osmosis International Resource Efficient ETF (EFFI). An actively managed fund, EFFI looks to offer long-term capital appreciation to its investors.
