During the fourth quarter, the Harbor Osmosis Emerging Markets Resource Efficient ETF returned 1.40% (NAV), underperforming the benchmark, the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, which returned 4.73%. Cyclical sectors lost momentum, as growth indicators softened, particularly in Europe, where manufacturing activity remained subdued.

On Thursday, Harbor Capital unveiled its newest international fund, the Harbor Osmosis Emerging Markets Resource Efficient ETF (EFFE).  The ETF seeks to offer capital growth through exposure to emerging markets.
