(“CPI Aero®” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: CVU) announced that it has received several funded orders totaling $4 million for overhaul and repair of the outboard stabilator assemblies in support of the Sikorsky MH-60 SEAHAWK helicopter. These funded orders were issued against a previously announced five-year, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract from Sikorsky.

The SOW includes the design and development of assembly tools and fixturing, procurement of complex monolithic machine parts and other detailed components, assembly and integration of the complete pod structure, and required testing.
