(Nasdaq: CRGE) ("Charge" or the "Company”), today announced that on February 20, 2024, the Company received written notice from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) notifying the Company that trading of its common stock will be suspended as of the opening of business on February 29, 2024 (the “Delisting Letter”). The Company had previously been notified by Nasdaq on August 22, 2023, that it was no lon.
