CONY: CLARITY Act Can Improve Performance But Not Structural NAV Decay

YieldMax COIN Option Income Strategy ETF (CONY) remains highly risky, with NAV erosion and a 51.3% YTD price decline despite an 85%+ annualized distribution rate. CONY's shift to a call spread strategy allows partial upside participation, but the fund still fully captures COIN's downside and suffers from destructive return of capital. Distributions are unsustainable long-term; reinvestment fails to offset capital losses, making CONY unsuitable for buy-and-hold investors.
