ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Core & Main, Inc. (NYSE: CNM), a leading specialty distributor dedicated to advancing reliable infrastructure with local service, nationwide, today announced the pricing of the previously announced offering (the “Offering”) of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.000% Senior Notes due 2034 (the “Notes”) by its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Core & Main LP (“Core & Main”). The closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about July 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
