(TSX: CG) (NYSE: CGAU) ("Centerra"), to retain its 9.99% interest in the Company, Centerra has issued to the Company notice of their intention to exercise their 'top-up right', subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, as it relates to certain share issuances completed by the Company through December 31, 2025. The share issuances were related to warrant and option exercises in 2025 (see press release dated December 30, 2025).
