New York, NY, July 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cayson Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: CAPN) (“Cayson”), a special purpose acquisition company, and Mango Financial Limited (“Mango”), a full licensed boutique investment bank in Hong Kong, today announced that they have entered into a definitive Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”). Upon the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement, Cayson will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Mango Financial Group Limited (“Mango Group”), which will become the parent company of Mango, and the securities of the combined company are expected to be listed on Nasdaq.

Cayson Acquisition Corp Announces Separate Trading of its Ordinary Shares and Rights

NEW YORK, Oct. 22, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cayson Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:CAPNU) (the “Company”) announced today that, commencing on or about October 24, 2024, holders of its units sold in the Company's initial public offering may elect to separately trade the Company's ordinary shares and rights included in the units. The ordinary shares and rights that are separated will trade on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) under the symbols “CAPN” and “CAPNR,” respectively. No fractional rights will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole rights will trade. Those units not separated will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol “CAPNU.” Holders of units will need to have their brokers contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the Company's transfer agent, in order to separate the units into ordinary shares and rights.

NEW YORK, Sept. 19, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cayson Acquisition Corp (the “Company”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 6,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The Company's units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and will begin trading tomorrow, September 20, 2024, under the ticker symbol “CAPNU.” Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right entitling its holder to receive one tenth of one ordinary share upon the Company's completion of an initial business combination, subject to adjustment.
