The distribution will be paid to shareholders of record as of July 17, 2026, reflecting a 7.1% distribution rate on NAV as well as an annualized market distribution rate of approximately 12.3% and an annualized tax-equivalent distribution rate of 19.2%1, based on the BPRE closing price of $13.41 on July 7, 2026.
