(NASDAQ: ATAKU, ATAK, ATAKW, ATAKR) (the “Company”) announced today that its sponsor, ATAC Sponsor LLC (the “Sponsor”), has deposited an aggregate of $135,000 (the “Extension Payment”) into the Company's trust account in order to extend the date by which the Company has to consummate a business combination from January 9, 2024 to February 7, 2024.
