(the “Company” or “Amer Sports”) (NYSE: AS) announced today the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 20,604,396 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $36.40 per share. In connection with the offering, Amer Sports has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,090,659 ordinary shares. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on March 4, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closi.
