NEW YORK, Dec. 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aimei Health Technology Co., Ltd (NASDAQ: AFJKU, the "Company") announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 6,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The NASDAQ Global Market ("NASDAQ") and trade under the ticker symbol "AFJKU" beginning December 4, 2023. Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one right. Each right entitles the holder thereof to receive one-fifth (1/5) of one ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination. No fractional rights will be issued upon separation of the units. As a result, 5 rights are needed to receive one ordinary share at the closing of the initial business combination.
