I (Nasdaq: AACOU) (the “Company”) announced that holders of the units sold in the Company's initial public offering of 23,000,000 units, which includes 3,000,000 units issued pursuant to the exercise by the underwriter of its overallotment option in full, completed on February 20, 2026 (the “Offering”), may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units commencing on or about April 13, 2026. Any units not separated will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “AACOU”, and each of the Class A ordinary shares and warrants will separately trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols “AACO” and “AACOW,” respectively.

AUSTIN, TX, Feb. 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Abony Acquisition Corp. I (Nasdaq: AACOU) (the “Company”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 23,000,000 units, which includes 3,000,000 units issued pursuant to the exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option in full, at a public offering price of $10.00 per unit. Each unit sold in the offering consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments.
