Parvus Asset Management Jersey is the Jersey arm of Parvus, an activist hedge fund firm whose minority investors include Chris Hohn’s TCI Fund Management. Parvus was started in 2004 by Edoardo Mercadante, who had worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Management, and he directly owns the Jersey operation. It took over core investment management work that Parvus had run from London, and takes a larger role in running the firm’s portfolio.
