Mountainside, NJ, July 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Yorkville Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: YORKU) (the “Company”) announced that holders of the units sold in the Company's initial public offering of 17,250,000 units, which includes 2,250,000 units issued pursuant to the exercise by the underwriters of their overallotment option, completed on June 30, 2025 (the “Offering”), may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units commencing on or about July 25, 2025. Any units not separated will continue to trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “YORKU”, and each of the Class A ordinary shares and warrants will separately trade on The Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols “YORK” and “YORKW,” respectively. Yorkville Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $150,000,000 Initial Public Offering
Mountainside, NJ, June 26, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Yorkville Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market (“Nasdaq”) and trade under the ticker symbol “YORKU” beginning June 27, 2025. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Class A ordinary share at a price of $11.50 per share, subject to certain adjustments. No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols “YORK” and “YORKW”, respectively.
