About: Wireless services account for nearly 75% of Verizon Communications' total service revenue and nearly all of its operating income. The firm serves about 93 million postpaid and 20 million prepaid phone customers via its nationwide network, making it the largest US wireless carrier. Fixed-line telecom operations include local networks in the Northeast, which reach about 30 million homes and businesses, including about 20 million with the Fios fiber optic network. These networks serve about 8 million broadband customers. Verizon also provides telecom services nationwide to enterprise customers, often using a mixture of its own and other carriers' networks. Verizon agreed to acquire Frontier Communications in September 2024.

Two Quality Stocks Whose Price Declines May Be Long-Term Buying Opportunities
Recent stock price pullbacks in two companies present potential buying opportunities for long-term investors, despite no obvious negative news. I emphasize the importance of distinguishing between temporary dips and fundamental business issues, referencing Warren Buffett's advice. T-Mobile's pullback offers a buying opportunity due to strong earnings growth, robust free cash flow, aggressive buybacks, and double-digit dividend increases.

Verizon Is Still An Opportunity, But This Options Strategy Is Much More
Verizon remains a Buy, with ~18% undervaluation, a 6.5% dividend yield, and modest dividend growth supporting a defensive, income-focused thesis. My Diagonal Put options strategy delivered a 58% ROI in about three months, demonstrating the potential for outsized returns with active management. Verizon's financial position is solid, with steady EPS growth, debt reduction, and new growth drivers like the Frontier acquisition and AI Connect.
