570 of the 4,000 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Vanguard FTSE All-World ex-US ETF (VEU) for Q4 2016, worth a combined $7.19B — up 8% from $6.66B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 89 funds opened new VEU positions and 21 closed out — a net gain of 68 holders — while 244 added to existing stakes and 172 trimmed.
