PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q1 2016 in Review

1,123 of the 3,754 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q1 2016, worth a combined $32.3B — up 4.5% from $30.9B a quarter earlier.
