PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2015 in Review

1,126 of the 3,813 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q4 2015, worth a combined $30.9B — up 3.4% from $29.9B a quarter earlier.
