PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q3 2019 in Review

1,390 of the 4,561 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q3 2019, worth a combined $31.6B — up 8.1% from $29.3B a quarter earlier.
