PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2018 in Review

1,356 of the 4,489 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q4 2018, worth a combined $27.8B — down 24% from $36.6B a quarter earlier.
