PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2016 in Review

1,153 of the 4,000 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q4 2016, worth a combined $31.6B — up 6.4% from $29.7B a quarter earlier.
