PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q1 2019 in Review

1,400 of the 4,620 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q1 2019, worth a combined $30.7B — up 11% from $27.8B a quarter earlier.
