PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2017 in Review

1,278 of the 4,410 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q4 2017, worth a combined $36.8B — up 10% from $33.4B a quarter earlier.
