PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2019 in Review

1,538 of the 5,075 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q4 2019, worth a combined $34.4B — up 8.6% from $31.6B a quarter earlier.
