PSX Hedge Fund Activity: Q3 2015 in Review

1,048 of the 3,583 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Phillips 66 (PSX) for Q3 2015, worth a combined $29.9B — down 4.8% from $31.4B a quarter earlier.
