1,737 of the 3,447 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Pfizer (PFE) for Q4 2013, worth a combined $138B — up 3.7% from $133B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 210 funds opened new PFE positions and 62 closed out — a net gain of 148 holders — while 590 added to existing stakes and 754 trimmed.
