425 of the 3,812 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Nasdaq (NDAQ) for Q4 2015, worth a combined $7.36B — up 9.7% from $6.71B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 82 funds opened new NDAQ positions and 26 closed out — a net gain of 56 holders — while 129 added to existing stakes and 154 trimmed.

The largest buyer was Westpac Banking Corp, adding an estimated $96.6M. The largest seller was Lyrical Asset Management, exiting entirely with an estimated $157M sold.
