HD Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2015 in Review

1,686 of the 3,813 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Home Depot (HD) for Q4 2015, worth a combined $126B — up 13% from $111B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 172 funds opened new HD positions and 66 closed out — a net gain of 106 holders — while 558 added to existing stakes and 764 trimmed.

The largest buyer was Fidelity Investments, adding an estimated $591M. The largest seller was JP Morgan Chase, cutting an estimated $384M.
