GOOG Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2015 in Review

1,800 of the 3,813 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Alphabet (Google) Class C (GOOG) for Q4 2015, worth a combined $185B — down 34% from $278B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 343 funds opened new GOOG positions and 289 closed out — a net gain of 54 holders — while 248 added to existing stakes and 1,120 trimmed.
