160 of the 5,805 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Frontline (FRO) for Q3 2022, worth a combined $840M — up 76% from $476M a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 38 funds opened new FRO positions and 24 closed out — a net gain of 14 holders — while 59 added to existing stakes and 36 trimmed.
