CBRE Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2015 in Review

488 of the 3,812 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in CBRE Group (CBRE) for Q4 2015, worth a combined $10.9B — up 7.3% from $10.2B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 65 funds opened new CBRE positions and 41 closed out — a net gain of 24 holders — while 176 added to existing stakes and 194 trimmed.
