CBRE Hedge Fund Activity: Q2 2022 in Review

697 of the 5,936 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in CBRE Group (CBRE) for Q2 2022, worth a combined $22.6B — down 21% from $28.6B a quarter earlier.

Sellers outnumbered buyers: 99 funds closed out of CBRE and 48 opened new positions — a net loss of 51 holders — while 283 trimmed existing stakes and 269 added.
