CBRE Hedge Fund Activity: Q2 2025 in Review

1,013 of the 7,596 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in CBRE Group (CBRE) for Q2 2025, worth a combined $40.2B — up 5.5% from $38.1B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 117 funds opened new CBRE positions and 79 closed out — a net gain of 38 holders — while 367 added to existing stakes and 400 trimmed.
