CBRE Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2014 in Review

432 of the 3,750 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in CBRE Group (CBRE) for Q4 2014, worth a combined $11B — up 16% from $9.48B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 66 funds opened new CBRE positions and 33 closed out — a net gain of 33 holders — while 170 added to existing stakes and 146 trimmed.
