C Hedge Fund Activity: Q3 2017 in Review

1,470 of the 4,012 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Citigroup (C) for Q3 2017, worth a combined $154B — up 9.9% from $140B a quarter earlier.
