BABA Hedge Fund Activity: Q1 2016 in Review

727 of the 3,753 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Alibaba (BABA) for Q1 2016, worth a combined $50.5B — down 5.8% from $53.6B a quarter earlier.

Sellers outnumbered buyers: 99 funds closed out of BABA and 83 opened new positions — a net loss of 16 holders — while 278 trimmed existing stakes and 275 added.
