BABA Hedge Fund Activity: Q2 2016 in Review

699 of the 3,748 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Alibaba (BABA) for Q2 2016, worth a combined $57.8B — up 14% from $50.5B a quarter earlier.

Sellers outnumbered buyers: 98 funds closed out of BABA and 78 opened new positions — a net loss of 20 holders — while 233 trimmed existing stakes and 297 added.
