BABA Hedge Fund Activity: Q4 2015 in Review

756 of the 3,812 institutional investors tracked by Wall St. Rank reported a position in Alibaba (BABA) for Q4 2015, worth a combined $53.6B — up 67% from $32.1B a quarter earlier.

Buyers outnumbered sellers: 233 funds opened new BABA positions and 72 closed out — a net gain of 161 holders — while 274 added to existing stakes and 169 trimmed.
